Our services include complete tenant management from pre-arrival to departure, packaged into four programs for easy selection, which can be taken in total or in part:

For Individuals
A combination of the Orientation and Housing programs to provide each new client with a Welcome Package including information on living conditions in Hong Kong, the social and sporting amenities, schooling, health care facilities, public transport, shopping and many other features to help make the move to Hong Kong smoother and easier, followed by our Housing Program comprising introductions to the best selection of properties within the locations and budget specifications required, negotiations with the landlord, documentation of the offers, right through to the take-over of the premises at lease commencement.
